We offer consulting in various fields to train students and artists to become self-sustainable. High school and college completion resources are available with tutoring and classes.
YouthRise Care, a division of 311 Digital, extends this mission by supporting foster youth, transition-age youth, and justice-impacted young adults. YouthRise Care provides life-skills coaching, care coordination, workforce development, and housing navigation to help young people stabilize, grow, and build independent futures. Together, 311 Digital and YouthRise Care offer a powerful combination of creative training, academic support, and real-world guidance to help every student rise and achieve long-term success.

YouthRise Care – A 311 Digital Initiative
YouthRise Care is the youth-services division of 311 Digital, created to support foster youth, transition-age youth, and justice-impacted young adults as they navigate school, work, and independent living. While 311 Digital focuses on creative development, marketing, and self-sustainability training, YouthRise Care extends this mission into the social impact space by providing structured care coordination, life-skills coaching, workforce pathways, and housing navigation for vulnerable youth ages 16–25.
YouthRise Care works in close collaboration with 311 Digital’s educational and mentorship programs to ensure young people receive both creative opportunities and real-world support. Together, we help youth strengthen their independence, build confidence, develop employable skills, and access the resources needed to succeed.
This partnership allows us to offer a comprehensive service model: marketing and creative training through 311 Digital, paired with hands-on support and guidance from YouthRise Care—empowering the next generation to rise, thrive, and become self-sustainable.
We provide tutors and a variety of classes to help improve literacy and skills.
Our Process

Understand the brand.
Always remember in the music business, there’s a lot of brands. To create a campaign for a specific one, we have developed a questionnaire to complete to determine which campaign is best.

Identify market.
You see the consumers. You must cater to the real fans. It’s important to shape up your brand, it’s like getting a haircut, stay fresh.

Create campaign.
We create them, we will always control them. To be successful you’ve got to work hard, to make history, simple, you’ve got to make it.

Promote the brand.
Surround yourself industry professionals that will promote your brand in the final stage.
